Ben is a coach who leads with empathy and presence. His work goes far beyond teaching punches and footwork — it’s about meeting young people where they are. Over the years he’s supported those who are anxious, neurodivergent, acting out, or navigating difficult choices, offering structure without judgement and discipline without intimidation. He brings the same steady energy to every space he works in: community gyms he’s helped build, schools and councils he’s partnered with, and the families who trust him with their children. Fully qualified, DBS checked, first‑aid trained, and experienced across Manchester’s community landscape, he combines professionalism with genuine human connection.
What sets Ben apart is his ability to understand people quickly and deeply. He listens first, guides second, and coaches third — because real change starts with feeling seen. His sessions create a place where young people can breathe, reset, and grow stronger in body and character. Whether someone is struggling, thriving, or somewhere in between, Ben offers a safe, disciplined, and encouraging environment that helps them move forward. This isn’t just boxing coaching. It’s mentorship, community building, and a commitment to helping people become the best version of themselves.
