One-to-One Mentoring Through Boxing
Not every young person feels comfortable walking into a busy gym.
We offer individual coaching for young people who need a calmer, more personal approach. Whether your child is neurodivergent, lacks confidence, struggles socially, severe social anxiety, invisible disabilities, shyness, hyper sensitive, oppositional disorder or is at risk of making poor choices, our sessions focus on building trust first and boxing second. Kindness.
Every session is tailored to the individual, helping them develop confidence, resilience and positive routines at their own pace.
There are plenty of boxing clubs. There are far fewer coaches who can genuinely connect with young people who are struggling—anxious, neurodivergent, acting out, or making poor choices.
That’s what makes this place different. We lead with empathy: coach, team, and family. We don’t just teach boxing—we listen, we understand, and we help young people find a better way forward.
Credibility matters. Ben is fully qualified, DBS checked, first‑aid trained, and operates within recognised boxing and safeguarding frameworks. He has delivered programmes for councils, schools, and community organisations — and that professionalism is visible in everything we do.
